Gideon loves his shovel and "pucket." He sits at this little mud patch below our porch where grass just won't grow and digs and digs. Hours of entertainment, let me tell you what... I love this boy!!!
I can't get over this girl. She is so dang happy and so easy to please. Just now she came crawling up to me, reached up to me and did the hand clasping baby wave. So I pick her up and she nuzzles right into my shoulder. After a few minutes of good snuggling I laid her in her crib where she drifted into her nap without a peep. How'd I get so lucky!?
Jake took this lovely picture of me the other day and I just had to share it.
Disgusting, I know.
*thanks Megan for that gigantic slab of meat. Seriously, it was ridiculous.
I almost forgot to thank the awesome Rebecca from over at Girls Gone Child! (You have to go look at her adorable kids!) I won her giveaway last week of Christine Coppa's book Rattled. Thanks a bunch!
He asked me to start a new blog for them that will feed into the new site once it's all ready to roll.
If you want a little peak... go here. But be nice, it's just a baby.
I'm really liking both of these. Found them here. Which one do you like best?
What do you do to get your green on!?
Good news folks. Amanda over @ Imperfectly Beautiful is doing an awesome giveaway in honor of her new etsy shop! Cruise over to her blog to play along to win a $25 gift certificate to use at her etsy store. She makes everything you see in the picture! SO CUTE!
Can you believe it!? Another month gone! That means only two more until you're a year. It doesn't even seem possible to me.
The past month has been an eventful one. You've now got 6 teeth. (Two are only partway in... but they're there.) You can stand up all by yourself without holding on to anything. You really like to do that at the top of the stairs to give Mom a heart attack. Which makes you laugh and laugh. You clap at everything. When you stand up, you clap. When you get a snack, you clap. When you see Mommy in the morning, you clap... and hug me tight!
You have a fascination with the toilet, so bathroom doors have to stay closed around here. You love to splash in the bath and when the tub is filling up, you're the crazy one who enjoys sticking her head under the faucet in attempts to "eat the water." It's a good thing I've got a hold on you!
I'm sure you'll be walking soon and I can't wait! Love you!
Mom
It was a good replacement for the lack of sunshine yesterday.
Saturday, we spent at my parent's and I just had to snag some of the pictures my Mom & Dad took of the tots!

It was a lot colder than we all expected.
